Everything needed to make an electronic signature hold up over time — and to prove it later.

PAdES-B / T / LTA — including long-term archival validation, so signatures stay verifiable after the certificate expires.
eIDAS-aligned — advanced and qualified electronic signatures under Regulation (EU) 910/2014.
Tamper-evident audit trail — every signature recorded in a SHA-256 hash chain with signer identity, timestamp and document hash.
No document retention — document content is processed transiently and never written to disk or a database during signing.

dSign Xchange — signatures from outside your company

Contracts rarely stay inside one organization. Xchange sends a document to an external recipient for signature and brings it back signed — without them needing an account, a licence, or any prior setup.

1 Send Pick the document and the recipient's e-mail address, optionally with a signing deadline.
2 They sign The recipient verifies their identity by e-mail code, then signs — with their own certificate, or with an e-seal if they have none.
3 You get it back The signed document returns to your inbox. Delivery, opening and signing status is visible the whole time.
Encrypted storage, separated — Xchange documents are held in a database and storage area kept entirely apart from the signing service.
Retention you control — documents are deleted automatically after your organization's retention period (30 days by default).
Minimal external accounts — a recipient without a dSign account gets one limited to signing that single document.
Deadline reminders — a single reminder before the signing deadline expires, with a direct link to the document.

Getting started

dSign runs as a browser extension. The Windows companion app is only needed if you sign with a physical smart card or USB token.

Install

Run the installer, then add the dSign extension to Chrome or Edge. No administrator rights required.

Sign in

Use the account provided by your organization's administrator — or sign in with Google or Microsoft.

Sign

Open a document, click Sign, choose your certificate and place the signature. The signed file downloads automatically.

Enter your e-mail address and we'll send you a download link for the Windows installer.
